Ingredients:
2 T miso paste (red or white)
2 T mirin
1 T rice wine vinegar
1.5 T soy sauce
1 T grate ginger or 1 teaspoon ginger powder
2 T sesame oil
1 t crushed red chili flakes
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together and marinade with salmon for 15 minutes before baking at 350F for 10 minutes or until salmon is done.
Alternatively, pat dry a salmon fillet, pan fry with oil skin side on the pan. Let it cook for 2 minutes, flip and finish cooking the other side. Drizzle sauce once you remove salmon.
Use sauce to season sauteed spinach or vegetables.
This is my favorite sauce to make for a quick seasoning.
