Gluten-Free Pastry Crust

Ingredients:
1.5 cups AP gluten-free flour
3/4 teaspoon xantham gum (omit if the flour has this ingredient)
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 Tablespoons butter, chopped, chilled
1/2 cup sour cream, cold
ice water, as needed

Directions:
1. Measure the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.
2. Add the butter and with your fingers, smoosh the flour to blend.
3. Add the sour cream.
4. Mix and fold with your hands. Add ice water, as needed.
5. When the dough comes together, wrap in plastic wrap.
6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
7. To roll out, cut the portion needed and use as desired.

I used this recipe to make brie en croute!
